【摘要】 目的 :研究 EBF对麻醉大鼠血流动力学的影响。方法 :在正压人工呼吸下 ,开胸麻醉大鼠 ,股动脉 ,左心室心尖分别插管 ,用 RM- 60 0 0八道生理记录仪记录各项实验指标。结果 :iv EBF浓度依赖性地增高 SBP、MBP、DBP、LVP,dp/ dt,( P<0 .0 5) ,对 HR、ECG、L VEDP均无显著性变化 ,增加± dp/ dt的作用强于复方丹参注射液的作用。结论 :提示 EBF具有较强的强心功能更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the hemodynamic effect of EBF in anesthetized rats.Methods:Under the positive pressure artifical breath,femoral artery dissection,thoracotomy and percardiotomy were performed on anesthetized rats and then plastic catheters were inserted into femoral artery,left ventricle through heart apex,respectively.All parameters were recorded by 8 channel polygraph system,RM 6000.Results:EBF iv. increased SBP、MBP、DBP、LVP,and dp/dt dosage dependently(P<0.05),but HR and LVEDP not significently(P>0.05),The action of EBF on increasing±dp/dt was more powerful than that of ISM.Conclusion:The results indicate that EBF has positive inotropic action on the heart.更多还原
