【Abstract】 In order to improve the rehearsal of large team gymnastics and secure it proceeding successfully,the following practical items as how to choose the performance staff during the preparation period, how to encourage them and organize them into a system, how to prepare the teaching issues, how to train the outstanding students to make them able to help the others, how to analyse the stall’s psychological matters so as to keep them on mood,how to make the performance special and how to arrange the training facilities efficiently were discussed.更多还原
