【摘要】 受贿罪作为一种严重的渎职犯罪 ,针对实践中出现的一些具体案例 ,还存在着罪与非罪认定上的难点 ,特别是对贿赂范围的界定 ,翰旋受贿中纵向和横向制约的关系。对离、退休的国家工作人员受贿罪的认定等问题 ,确有必要进一步研究。基于此 ,本文拟探讨上述相关问题 ,以利人们更清楚地认识受贿罪的本质特征更多还原

【Abstract】 With the establishment of our socialist market economic system, the bribery crime continuously arises. It brings about serious harmness to the transformation in political and economic field. As a kind of professional crime, it’s very important to find guilty or not. This paper probes the bribery sphere, studies the crime of the retired state workers and analyzes the new feature of the bribery crime.
