过共晶铝硅合金中Al-Si-Mn-Fe相的形态影响因素
EFFECTS OF Al-Si-Mn-Fe PHASE IN HYPEREUTECTIC Al-Si ALLOY
【摘要】 在 Al- 2 2 % Si合金中分别加入 0 .96 % Fe,0 .6 7% Mn和 1% Fe,1.5 0 % Mn;用浇注不同厚度的试样并观察金相组织的方法 ,了解和比较了不同 Mn/ Fe比和不同冷却速度对于合金中 Al- Si- Mn- Fe相形态的影响。研究结果表明 ,随着 Mn含量和冷却速度的提高 ,针状铁相转变为粒状并得到细化。
【Abstract】 An investigation was carried out into the characteristics of an Al 22%Si alloy with the elevated content of Fe and Mn. The effects of different Mn/Fe on the morphology of the Al Si Mn Fe phase in the alloy were compared. The experimental results indicated that the acicular Al Si Mn Fe phase changed into grainy one and became small with the increase in the cooling speed and the rise of manganese content.
