虚拟现实技术在汽车车身开发中的应用

【摘要】 虚拟现实技术在汽车设计中的应用是近年来汽车界关注的热点之一。虚拟原型和虚拟汽车风洞与传统的汽车造型设计的表现手段及CFD计算结果可视化的表现手段相比,能够交互式地从各个不同的位置更形象、更直观地展示汽车造型及车身外流场的流态,以便评价和修改将要推向市场的新车型、在不断修改、优化车身形状和反复模拟的基础上可得到最佳的车身外形及空气动力学性能。采用这种方法可节省模型制作及风洞实验的巨额资金,缩短新车型的开发周期。

【Abstract】 Application of virtual actual technology in automotive design is one of hot points paid close attention by automotive circle in recent years. Compared with the traditional appearing approaches of automotive modelling design and the appearance approaches of visual CFD computerized calculation results, the virtual prototype and the virtual automotive wind tunnel can present alternatively the automotive modelling and the now streamlines of outer body now field in more Objective observation and in real image from different directions and positions, so it is easier to evaluate and modify the new vehicle models that to be put in the market. On the basis of continuous modifying, improving, optimizing and simulating repeatedly the body shape, the optimum body profile and aerodynamic performances are obtained. By this Way, a great amount of funds for model making and wind tunnel tests can be saved and the developing period of new vehicle model can be shortened.
