淮北市地下水资源优化管理研究

【摘要】 通过对淮北市地质、水文地质条件的综合分析 ,建立了淮北市双含水层系统水文地质概念模型。引入准三维流数学模型进行地下水动态预报及建立地下水管理模型。用线性规划模型提出淮北市地下水资源的最佳管理方案。最后提出开展地下水回灌研究、建立岩溶含水层地下水库、限制发展耗水型工业及用法律和经济手段管理水资源开发等建议

【Abstract】 The physical concept model of a two-aquifer system was established by the comprehensive analysis of the geological and hydrogeological conditions in Huaibei city. The dynamic drawdown forecast was performed and the groundwater management model was developed, based on a numerical quasi-three-dimensional simulation model introduced. The optimal results of the groundwater management in the city were determined by linear programming. Finally, the proposals, consisting of conducting the research on the groundwater recharge to construct a groundwater reservoir in the fractured karst aquifers, restricting the expansion of consumed water industries and managing the water resources exploitation by a means of the relevant laws and economics, etc., were presented.
