稀土固体超强酸SO42-/TiO2-La2O3催化的α-蒎烯异构化反应
Rare Earth Solid Superacids SO42-/TiO2-La2O3 Catalyzed α-Pinene Isomerization
【摘要】 稀土固体超强酸SO2 -4 TiO2 -La2 O3对α -蒎烯异构化反应具有很高的催化活性和较好的选择性 ,主产物为莰烯 ,副产物主要是双戊稀、三环烯和萜品油烯 .考察了催化剂制备方法及处理催化剂所用的稀土离子La3+浓度、硫酸溶液浓度、催化剂焙烧温度、反应温度、反应时间及催化剂用量等因素对其催化性能的影响 ,得出最佳反应条件 .
【Abstract】 Rare Earth Solid Superacids SO 2- 4/TiO 2-La 2O 3 catalysts have high activity on α-pinene isomerization. The main product is camphene. By-products are dipentene and teriprinolene. Preparation methods, concentration of rare earth La 3+ solution, concentration of H 2SO 4 solution, calcination temperature, reaction temperature, reaction time and amount of SO 2- 4/TiO 2-La 2O 3 catalyst were studied and the suitable condition of isomeri-zation of the catalyst were obtained.
