【Abstract】 The optimum extracting conditions of flavonoids from Eucommia ulmoides Oliver leaves were investigated by using the orthogonal design.The results showed that 80 ℃,10∶1 of 70% ethanol to Eucommia ulmoides Oliver leaves weight ratio,extraction for 3 times and 1.5 h for each time were optimal.The average yield is 1.976%.更多还原
