【摘要】 目的 :研究烧伤病人关节功能部位并发感染肉芽创面的皮片移植。方法 :对感染创面清创 ,控制感染 ,移植大张中厚皮片封闭创面。结果 :该方法操作简单 ,皮片易成活 ,成活后的皮片弹性好 ,皮色变化少。结论 :感染的关节功能部位肉芽创面移植中厚皮片能恢复关节功能 ,避免或减少后期整形更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To solve problems in repair of joint infective granulation wound.Methods:Debridement and control of infection were given and large thick skin grafts were used to cover joint infective wound.Results:Grafts survived easily and might keep elasticity and good color.Conclusion:Using split thick skin graft to cover joint graunlation wounds could improve joint function,avoid or decrease late plastic operation.更多还原
