【摘要】 目的 :探讨原发性甲状腺功能减退的预防措施。方法 :选择 1 994— 1 996年间确诊的原发性甲状腺功能减退 (甲减 )亚临床状态门诊和住院患者 47例 ,随机分为治疗组 ( A组 )和对照组 ( B组 )。治疗组口服左旋甲状腺素钠 ( L- T4)治疗 3个月 ,对照组口服安慰剂治疗 3个月 ,随访 5年。结果 :应用 L- T4 治疗组原发性甲状腺功能减退的患病率较对照组明显降低 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :应用小剂量左旋甲状腺素钠治疗原发性甲减亚临床状态可延缓原发性甲减的发生 ,降低原发性甲减的发生率更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore preventative methods for hypothyroidism.Methods:Forty seven patients (inpatient and outpatient) in subclinical period of hypothyroidism were selected and devided into two groups,one given oral levothyroxine sodium and the other placebo for three months and for five years follow up.Results:The incidence of hypothyroidism in therapeutic group was lower than that in control group( P <0 05).Conclusion:The results of this study suggested that small dose of levothyroxine sodium could reduce the incidence of hypothyroidism of patients in subclinical period of hypothyroidism.更多还原
