缺血时间对脑缺血再灌注损伤及脑组织AChE表达的影响
THE EFFECTS OF CEREBRAL ISCHEMIC DURATION ON BRAIN ACETYLCHOLINESTERASE LEVEL AND REPERFUSION INJURY
【摘要】 目的 :研究不同的缺血时间再灌注 0 .5 h对脑缺血组织的损伤程度及乙酰胆碱酯酶 ( ACh E)的影响。方法 :建立大鼠局灶性脑缺血动物模型 ,制备并纯化抗神经系统 ACh E的单克隆抗体 2 E6,观察缺血再灌注脑组织的病理变化及 ACh E含量。结果 :不同缺血时间再灌注 ,脑组织的损伤程度不同 ,ACh E的变化亦不同。结论 :单克隆抗体 2 E6可以用于神经系统 ACh E含量的检测 ,ACh E可能与缺血再灌注损伤有关
【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effects of reperfusion for 0 5 h after different ischemic duration on injury degree and acetylcholinesterase(AChE) level.Methods:Model of focal ischemia of brain ischemia reperfusion was established in rats,monoclonal antibody 2E6 to nervous systems AChE was prepared and purified.The pathological injury and AChE level in brain after ischemia reperfusion were observed.Results:Reperfusion after ischemia for different time could cause differen degree of injury and induce different level of AChE expression.Conclusion:Monoclonal antibody 2E6 could be used for measurement of AChE level in nervous system which might be related to ischemia reperfussion.
