【摘要】 目的 :探讨羊膜移植联合角膜缘上皮移植治疗复发性翼状胬肉的疗效。方法 :对 2 0例 ( 2 4眼 )复发性翼状胬肉患者一期实施自体角膜缘移植联合羊膜移植术 ,其中 5眼伴有不同程度的睑球粘连。结果 :术后平均随访 8.3个月 ,羊膜植片无 1例发生排斥反应 ,自体角膜缘一期愈合 ,角膜表面透明光滑 ,无新生血管长入 ,翼肉无复发 ,无新睑球粘连形成。结论 :自体角膜缘移植联合羊膜移植治疗复发性翼肉疗效显著 ,特别是有睑球粘连者。通过羊膜覆盖缺损睑结膜 ,手术后可避免新的睑球粘连 ,比传统的自体结膜或口腔粘膜更为方便、实用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of combined auto limbal epithelium and amniotic membrane implantation on recurrent pterygium.Methods:Twenty patients(24 eyes) with recurrent pterygium were given combined auto limbal epithelium and amniotic membrane transplantation, 5 eyes of which were associated with symblepharon.Results:During follow up for average 8 3 months,all the amnion implants were not rejected,the limbus healed,corneal surface was clear and smooth,and there were no neovasculation,pterygium recurrence,and new symbepharon.Conclusion: The effect of combined auto limbal epithelium and amniotic membrane implantation is undoubted in treating recurrent pterygium,especially for which is associated with symblepharon.The use of amniotic membrane is more convenient and practical than that of traditional conjunctival or oral mucous membrane to cover defective areas of conjunctiva caused by symblepharon.更多还原
