【摘要】 目的 :观察腹腔内化疗对胃癌术后患者生存率的影响。方法　 对 1 2 8例胃癌术后患者分组行腹腔内化疗。结果 :腹腔内化疗组 1、2、3、4、5年的生存率分别是 98.4%、81 .1 %、70 .2 %、61 .0 %、45.3% ,明显高于对照组的 96.9%、76.6%、64.1 %、53.1 %、37.5%。腹腔复发率分别为 1 2 .5%、2 7.8%。结论 :腹腔内化疗对胃癌术后复发有良好的防治作用 ,是一种方法简单 ,安全可行 ,副作用少 ,可重复应用的有效治疗手段更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of the peritoneal perfusion on survival rate after gastric cancer resection.Methods:128 patients after gastric cancer resection were divided into treatment group(group Ⅰ) and control group(group Ⅱ).Results:The 1,2,3,4 and 5 year survival rates in group Ⅰ were 98 4%,81 1%,70 2%,61 0% and 45 3% respectively,and higher than those in group Ⅱ which were 96 9%,76 6%,64 1%,53 1% and 37 5% respectively.The peritoneal recurrence cavity in group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ were 12 5% and 27 8%。Conclusion:The peritoneal perfusion after gastric cancer resection is an effective way to control the recurrence of gastric cancer after operation.更多还原
