【摘要】 目的 :探讨内窥镜鼻窦手术后粘膜的变化过程 ,并正确评价疗效。方法 :对 1 1 6例功能性内窥镜手术患者术后粘膜形态进行连续观察。结果 :近 90 %的术腔在 1～ 2周内清洁 ,80 %以上的术腔在 3～ 1 0周内有水肿、囊泡、肉芽、息肉生长等去粘膜化反应或再生病变发生 ,并与上皮化呈竞争性生长。 90 %的术腔在经过恰当的处理后可完成上皮化 ,其中接近 60 %的术腔在术后 1 1～ 1 4周完成上皮化。结论 :将术后粘膜变化过程动态观察 ,对术后局部处理具有指导意义 ,是保证手术整体疗效的重要组成部分。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate character of transitional process of mucosa in sinus cavity after functional endoscopic sinus surgery(FESS)to judge curative effect rightly.Methods:the morphological character of mucosa in sinus cavity after FESS was observed continuously in 116 cases.Results:About 90% of nasal and sinus cavity got clean within 1 to 2 weeks postoperatively.Over 80% of patients had the De mucosa reaction or regenerated disease within 3 to 10 weeks,such as mucosa edema,vesicles,granulation tissue,mini polyps.All of these diseases competed with mucous epithelialization.There was 90% of nasal and sinus cavity brought to stage of epithelialization,11 to 14 weeks were need in about 60% of them.Conclusion:Dynamic observation of character of postoperative transitional mucosa in sinus cavity postoperatively,is essential to proper local care and the whole curaboe effect of FESS.更多还原
