【Abstract】 The law aid system has important meaning in terms of humam rights guarantee,realizing judicature justice,perfecting legal system,ect.This system has developed rapidly since it was built in China in 1996. This system has had enough law guarantee. But there are many factors that restrict the development of the law aid system at present.更多还原
