纸塑复合包装复合工艺的优化
Optimization of Paper-Base Composite Packing Process
【摘要】 讨论了复合专用料的制备、LDPE及复合工艺对粘接强度的影响 ,实验结果表明 :加入 0 .4 %的分子量调节剂在 2 4 0℃时挤出制备复合专用料性能好 ,在专用料中加入 2 5 %~ 30 %LDPE剥离强度最高。调节粘合温度、粘合速度及气隙长度可获得较高的剥离强度。
【Abstract】 The preparation of special composite material is discussed in the paper,the effects of LDPE and composite process on adhesive strength.The results show that the property of extrude special composite material which added 0.4% molecular weight conditioning agent,at 240℃ is good,and the peeling strength of the material which contained 25%~30% LDPE is the largest.Adjusting the adhesive strength,adhesive velocity and gas cavity length can make the peeling strength larger.
