【摘要】 目的 :探讨 p2 7、cyclinE和Rb蛋白在胃癌中的表达及其与胃癌病理参数之间的关系。 方法 :用免疫组化技术 (SP法 )对 10例非瘤病变患者的正常胃黏膜和 40例胃癌和癌旁黏膜标本进行染色 ,分析 p2 7、cyclinE和Rb蛋白表达及其与预后的关系。结果 :p2 7、cyclinE和Rb蛋白在正常胃黏膜与瘤旁黏膜表达差异无统计学意义 ;p2 7在胃癌中表达降低 ,cyclinE蛋白在胃癌中表达增高 ,呈过度表达 ,Rb组间差异无统计学意义。p2 7、cyclinE和Rb蛋白表达与组织分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、预后等胃癌病理参数之间具有相关性。结论 :p2 7、cyclinE和Rb蛋白异常表达与胃癌的发生、发展有关 ,并可能作为胃癌预后的指标更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the expression of p27, cyclin E and Rb protein in gastric carcinoma and the correlation between these proteins expression and the clinico pathological features of gastric carcinoma. Methods: 40 primary gastric carcinoma specimens and tumor sideward mucosa specimens and 10 normal gastric mucosa specimens were immunohistochemically stained for p27, cyclin E and Rb protein expression and their correlation to clinicopathologic data were analysed. Results: There were no statistical differences of P27, cyclin E and Rb protein expression between normal and tumor sideward mucosas. The p27 protein expression in gastric carcinoma was significantly lower than that in non cancerous tissues. In contrast, the cyclin E expression in the cancer tissues was strongly positive. p27 and Rb protein expression were lower than that of non cancerous tissues but the difference had no statistical significance. In addition, the abnormal protein expression of p27, cyclin E and Rb were correlated with some features including histopathological grade, invasive deepness, lymph node metastasis, prognosis and so on. Conclusion: Abnormal protein expression of p27, cyclin E and Rb was considered involving in the origination and/or progression of gastric carcinoma, and might be a useful prognostic indicator in patients with gastris carcinoma.更多还原
