【摘要】 目的 :探讨长期 α-干扰素 (α- INF)治疗后慢性髓细胞性白血病 (CML)患者骨髓间质的改变。方法 :应用 HGF染色、CD41 免疫组织化学染色、Gomori网硬蛋白及 Masson胶原纤维三色染色方法 ,对比分析 2 9例CML 患者经 α- INF联合羟基脲 (HU)治疗或 HU单剂治疗后骨髓塑包切片上网硬蛋白纤维、脂肪组织及巨核系的改变。结果 :长期 α- INF治疗后网硬蛋白纤维含量增加 ,脂肪细胞大小不等 ,与对照组相比均有明显差异 (P<0 .0 1和 P<0 .0 5 ) ,但 CD+ 4 1 细胞数量无明显改变 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,其形态以成熟型巨核细胞为主。结论 :长期 α- INF治疗可引起 CML 患者骨髓间质改变 ,骨髓切片有助于全国评价 α- INF的治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the changes of bone marrow stroma in bone marrow biopsies from patients with chronic myloid leukemia after long term treatment with recombinant alpha interferon.Methods:Sections were stained with HGF,Gomori,Masson stain and immunohistochemical stain of CD 41 .The changes of reticulin fibres,adipose cells and megakarocytes in the patients treated by α INF togethe with HU were compared with a control group of patients who received monotherapy by HU.Rusults:After long term α INF therapy,the reticulin fibres increased and the size of adipose cells changed as compared with control group ( P <0.01 and P <0.05 respectively).The mean number of CD 41 cells didn’t change, and most of them were terminal megakaryocytes.Conclusion:Bone marrow stroma was reflected by long term α INF therapy.Bone marrow biopsies were helpful to estimate the effects of α INF therapy comprehensively.更多还原
