【摘要】 目的 :探讨端粒酶活性与慢性粒细胞性白血病 ( chronic m yeloid leukemia,CML)急变之间的关系。方法 :采用端粒酶重复扩增法 ( telomeric repeatam plification protocol,TRAP)探讨了 15例正常人、43例不同 CML病人、12例相同病人不同时期端粒酶活性的改变。结果 :端粒酶活性阳性率愈高 ,CML 愈易引起急变 ,而且大部分病例端粒酶活性增高出现在急变之前。结论 :端粒酶活性增高可能是引起 CML 急变的一个重要原因 ,在临床上动态检测端粒酶活性有助于预测 CML 病情进展更多还原

【Abstract】 Object:To study the relation between alteration of telomerse activity and blast crisis of chronic meyloid leukemias(CML).Methods:It’s detected alteration of telomerse activity in 15 normal subjects,43 CML patients and 12 CML patients in different phase by telomeric repeat amplification protocol(TRAP) assay.Results:It’s found that the CML patients of the group with higher positive rate of telomerse activity were easier to blast crisis and increasment of telomerse activity were found before blast crisis in most CML patients.Conclusion:The increasment of telomerse activity may be one of important reasons leading to CML blast crisis.In clinic this study can monitor telomerse activity proceedly to predict the alteration of ill.更多还原
