【摘要】 目的 :研究香烟烟雾提取物对小鼠生殖细胞染色体和精子的影响。方法 :给雄性小鼠腹腔注射不同剂量的香烟烟雾提取物 ,观察其精原细胞染色体畸变及精子畸形的情况。结果 :精原细胞染色体畸变率及精子畸形率均增高 ,精子畸形率增高的程度大于精原细胞染色体畸变率。结论 :香烟烟雾提取物可致雄性小鼠生殖细胞染色体畸变和精子畸形。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the injury to the chromosome of mouse’s genital cells caused by the extract from the fume of cigarette as well as the possible effect of the injury on sperm.Methods:Different doses of the extract from the fume of cigarette are injected into the abdominal cavity of the male mouse to observe the teratogenesis of the chromosome of its spermospore and the deformity of its sperm.Results:The rate of the teratogenesis of the chromosome of the spermospore and that of sperm deformity are both increased and the latter is higher than the former.Conclusoin:The extract from the fume of cigarette can cause the chromosome aberration of spermospore of the male mouse’s genital cells and sperm deformity.更多还原
