牛磺酸对运动力竭大鼠红肌线粒体抗氧化物和Na~+,K~+-ATP酶活性的影响
Effects of Taurine and Acute Exhaustive Exercise on Anti-oxidants Activity and Content and Na+,K+-ATPase Activities in Mitochondria of Red Muscle in Rats
【摘要】 以大鼠递增负荷力竭性运动为模型,观察了牛磺酸(taurine)对力竭运动时骨骼肌红肌线粒体自由基代谢和Na+,K+-ATP酶活性的影响。结果显示:力竭运动后即刻,红肌线粒体SOD活性和GSH含量显著下降、Na+,K+-ATP酶活性有下降的趋势,补充牛磺酸能阻止SOD活性下降和维持GSH的水平,并使Na+,K+-ATP酶活性明显升高,提示力竭运动使红肌线粒体自由基代谢加强,牛磺酸的抗氧化作用在一定程度上对运动过程中增加的氧自由基具有清除作用,使Na+,K+-ATP酶活性升高有助于保持酶活性的稳定性,牛磺酸在一定程度上改善线粒体膜转运Na+,K+的能力。
【Abstract】 Taking incremental exercise to exhaustion , the authors measured SOD activity 、GSH content and Na+,K+-ATPase activities in mitochondria of red muscle in rats at rest , immediately after exhaustive exercise having supplied with 1% taurine in drinking water during five weeks or not . The results showed immediately after exhaustive exercise ,SOD activity and GSH content in mitochondria of red muscle decreased significantly , There was an decreasing trend in Na+,K+-ATPase activities ; Taurine promoted SOD activity 、GSH content and Na+,K+-ATPase activities induced by the exhaustives exercise . The authors thought that reactivity of taurine with aldehydes could be the mechanism of its antioxidant effect .
