【摘要】 目的 :探讨人参单体皂甙 Rh2 对体外培养的 PC- 3M细胞株的抗肿瘤效应。方法 :采用 MTT实验及 3 H- Td R掺入实验观察 Rh2 对 PC- 3M细胞生长状态及细胞 DNA合成的影响。结果 :高剂量 Rh2可明显抑制 PC- 3M细胞的生长 ,细胞 DNA合成减慢 ,并呈剂量依赖性。结论 :Rh2 对 PC- 3M细胞具有明显的抗肿瘤效应更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: The study was designed to evaluate the ability of Rh 2 to inhibit growth of human prostate cancer cells PC 3M in vitro. Methods: The cytotoxicity to cancer cells was determined by MTT assay. DNA synthesis was tested by 3H TdR incorporation assay . Results: G Rh 2 could significantly inhibit the PC 3M cells growth at high dose in a concentration dependent manner. DNA synthesis by the PC 3M cells was inhibited in a dose dependent manner more than 15 μg/ml of G Rh 2.Conclusion: Our data suggest that Rh 2 had anti tumor effects on PC 3M cells in vitro.更多还原
