【Abstract】 Objective:To study pathogenetic characteristics and differential diagnosis and microsurgical treatment of schwannoglioma.Methods:Thirty eight cases of schwannogliogliona were treated by microsurgical techniques according to different types.Results:All cases healed primarily without any functional defects. Conclusion :Microsurgical treatment of schwannoglioma has these advantages:clear anatomy and detachment of noninjury without destroying neurofiber and prevention of adhesion,which is beneficial to nerve function resumeption.更多还原
