【摘要】 杂交酸模是一种多年生、高产优质、抗逆性强的优良牧草资源。本文研究了不同激素组合处理对杂交酸模子叶愈伤组织的诱导、分化和植株再生的影响。实验结果表明,2,4 D配合使用 6 BAP时愈伤组织诱导率最高,诱导芽形成的最佳激素配比为MS +0 5mg/LNAA + 2 0mg/L 6 BAP,诱导根形成的最适培养基为MS + 2 0mg/LIAA,组培苗移栽成活。更多还原

【Abstract】 Hybrid slam is a good grass rescource for its high yield,fine quality and tolerant to stress.This paper studied the effects of different hormone combinations and concentrations on callus induction and plant regenerition of hybrid slam.The experimental results showed that the induced rate of callus was the best by MS medium supplemented with 2,4Dand 6 BAP,the best hormone making up of splited bud was MS with 0 5mg/L NAA and 2 0mg/L 6 BAP.Roots appeared on the MS with 2 0mg/L IAA is the best and whole plantlets were formed.更多还原
