【摘要】 以七叶茄为供试材料 ,在弱光下进行花药培养 结果表明 :弱光下茄子花药愈伤组织诱导的适宜培养基为MS +2 ,4 -D 0 2 5mg/L +ZT 1 0mg/L 愈伤组织分化不定芽的适宜培养基为MS +NAA 0 0 2mg/L +ZT 2 0mg/L 在MS +IAA 0 0 2mg/L的培养基上再生不定根 ,弱光下愈伤组织的诱导与分化需要较高浓度的细胞分裂素 ,培养基中添加AgNO3能促进弱光下愈伤组织的分化更多还原

【Abstract】 Eggplant anthers were cultured under low light stress.Results showed that calli were induced on the MS medium with 2,4-D 0.25mg/L and ZT 1.0mg/L.Shoots were induced from the callion the MS medium with NAA 0.02mg/L and ZT 2.0mg/L.Rootswere induced from the shoots on MS mesium with IAA 0.02mg/L.AgNO 3 2mg/L can increase the difference of the calli.更多还原
