Study on Mg-SAPO-34
【摘要】 在水热合成SAPO 34反应体系中加入MgO对SAPO 34进行改性,XRD分析表明,其他物料保持不变的情况下改变MgO加入量可能引起晶相的明显变化形成Mg SAPO 5,Mg SAPO 34,及Mg SAPO 5+34混晶;焙烧处理可能引起晶相改变,反应向生成SAPO 5进行。Mg SAPO 34合成过程中大大降低了模板剂的使用量
【Abstract】 Mgo was added to the reactinggel of SAPO-34 to achieve modified product,XRD that Mg SAPO 5,Mg SAPO 34 and Mg SAPO 5+34 be synthesized under the same ratio of reacting material when the quantity of MgO is changed. Calcination prefers formation of SAPO 5 type molecular sieves that may result in the conversion of the crystal. Because of the great decreat in the amount of template ,the economy of Mg SAPO 34 is remarkable.
