合金层厚度对热浸镀铝件抗氧化性能的影晌

【摘要】 通过改变热浸镀铝的时间 ,分析了合金层厚度对热浸镀铝件抗氧化性能的影响。结果显示 ,由于合金层的氧化失效存在着整体碎裂、局部脱落和逐步氧化消耗三种方式 ,使得镀件的抗氧化性能呈现出随合金层厚度增加先降低后提高的规律 ,表明只有当热浸镀铝件的合金层超过一定厚度以后 ,镀层才能提供良好的抗氧化性能

【Abstract】 Effects of different thickness of the intermetallic layer on high temperature oxidation resistance of hot dipped Al coating are investigated by changing the hot dip time and the following results are obtained.Because of the creation of cracks in the intermetallic layer and coating the desquamation of the intermetallic layer,the oxidation weight increment of hot dipped Al coating is not dcreased as ordinary thought that the thoicker the intermetallic layer is ,the better the oxidation resistance is at 800℃.Only when the thickness of intermetallic layer measures up to certain extent,the hot dipped Al coating can get well high temperature resistance.
