粉体烧结法制备堇青石基微晶玻璃的研究

【摘要】 以MgO -Al2 O3-SiO2 系玻璃为研究对象 ,用铅硅玻璃作为烧结助剂 ,采用粉体烧结法制备堇青石基微晶玻璃 ,研究了烧结微晶玻璃的形成过程、铅硅玻璃在烧结中的作用及对烧结样品密度的影响。结果表明 :铅硅玻璃的加入 ,促进了微晶玻璃的烧结致密化 ,烧结样品的密度随着铅硅玻璃加入量的增加而变大

【Abstract】 To improve the sinterability of cordierite-based MgO-Al 2O 3-SiO 2 system glass, leadsilicate glass was adopted as a sintering aid. The effect of various leadsilicate glass content on the microstructure and density of sintered glass ceramics was investigated.It was found out that leadsilicate glass can promote the densification of cordierite glass powders, and sintered sample’s density increased with increasing of the leadsilicate glass content.
