【Abstract】 The 21st century will witness the booming of knowledge economy based on human values. This article expounds knowledge economy at the three views: 1) the essential characteristics of knowledge economy; 2) the central ideas and strategies of knowledge economy; 3) the relationship between knowledge economy and human centralization.
