【摘要】 目的　探讨喉癌、癌旁组织、声带息肉中抑癌基因 P2 7的表达有无差异 ,揭示 P2 7表达与喉癌临床特征之间的关系。方法　用免疫组织化学 S- P法对 38例喉癌组织、癌旁组织及 2 0例声带息肉组织进行 P2 7检测。结果　 1P2 7表达在喉癌和癌旁组织、声带息肉之间有显著性差异 ,癌旁组织和声带息肉之间表达无显著性差异。 2P2 7蛋白低表达与颈淋巴结转移、患者预后有相关性 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而与病人性别、年龄、吸烟史及病理分化无相关性(P>0 .0 5 )。结论　 P2 7是判断喉癌预后的有用指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find out whether the expression of P27 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma is different from peri tumor tissue and vocal polyp,and whether P27 expression in patients with laryngeal squamosa cell carcinoma was associated with their clinic characteristics.Methods Expression of P27 protein was measured with immunohistochemistry method in 35 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and peri tumor tissure as well as 20 cases of vocal polyps.Results ①There was significant different expression of P27 protein between the laryngeal carcinoma and peri tumor tissue,and also between laryngeal carcinoma and vocal polyp.There was no significant difference in expression of P27 protein between the peri tumor tissue and vocal ployp.②Low P27 expression was associated with increasing lymph node metastasis and resulted in a poor prognosis for patient with laryngeal squamous carcinoma.Conclusions P27 is a significant predictor of survival in laryngeal carcinoma patients.更多还原
