【Abstract】 In order to guarantee the normal editing and publishing work in scientific and technical periodicals and improve their overall quality effective measures were applied to strengthen the step quality control of editing and publishing work. The measures included: insisting on the purpose of the periodical publication, insuring the political quality of scientific and technical periodicals, persisting in the tenet of quality first and the system of three-level checkup to finalize a manuscript, rigorously enforcing manuscript reviewing and insuring the academic quality of the manuscripts. During the process of editing, the three-level checking, double-duty system of executive editor and executive editorial board were implemented to control the step quality of editing, proofing, plate making, printing, binding and so on.更多还原
