【Abstract】 The academic journals are among the important parts of the National Innovation System(NIS). They belong to the knowledge dissemination system and knowled ge application system, and have the functions of spreading knowledge, train ing talents, realizing the real application of knowledge and technology, and rationally distr ibuting the innovative resources. Some proposals are made on the fully playing of these functions in NIS. The paper intends to be helpful in establishing the p osition and development strategy of the academic journals in NIS.更多还原
