【摘要】 为了提高医学论文的科学性 ,对医学论文中常见的科研设计的问题进行了调查分析。结果显示 ,科研设计中存在的问题主要有可比性差或无可比性、缺乏对照、自身对照设计时无平行对照组及样本缺乏代表性等。这应引起广大作者及编审人员的高度重视 ,以提高论文的科研设计水平和学术质量更多还原

【Abstract】 For the sake of improving the scientific level of medical papers, an investigation and analysis on the misuses of the design of scientific research which frequently appear in medical papers was conducted. The result shows that if we want to enhance the design of scientific research and academic quality, the problems now exist in the design should be taken into consideration seriously by authors and copy editors, such as inferior comparison (or no comparison ), lack of control group, no parallel control groups when self contrast design is held as well as lack of representation.更多还原
