【摘要】 从传播过程入手 ,对科技期刊传播系统进行分析。提出系统由科技期刊传播者和媒体、作者、读者 3大要素组成 ;系统结构由这 3大要素相互关联、相互作用构成。分析系统环境 ,并引入国家创新系统理论以帮助理解科技期刊传播系统功能和环境。同时 ,提出优化系统功能 ,进行系统创新的思路更多还原

【Abstract】 It points out that the dissemination system of sci tech periodicals consists of three essential factors: disseminators mediums , authors and readers. The structure of the system is based on the relationships and the mutual actions between these three factors. The author analyses the environment of the system, and introduces the theory of National System of Innovation that can help to understand the function and environment of sci tech periodical dissemination system. Meanwhile, the suggestions about the system optimization and innovation are presented.更多还原
