【摘要】 指示剂中性红与亚硝酸根在盐酸介质中发生亚硝化反应 ,亚硝化反应产物在紫外区 3 5 1nm处有一灵敏吸收峰 ,据此建立了一个简单、快速、选择性好的测定亚硝酸根的紫外光度法 ,回收率在92 .78%左右 ,平均相对标准偏差为 0 .6 7%,并用此法测定了腊肠中亚硝酸根的含量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nitrosation reaction occer between indicatior(neutral red) and nitrite in hydrochloric acid medium.The production had a sensitive absorption peak at 351 nm,a simple ,fast and sensitive method is established to determinate nitrite in sausage by ultraviolet spectrophotometry,recovery is about 92.78%,average relative standard deviation is 0.67%.更多还原
