关于当前世界平衡木比赛的稳定性研究

【摘要】 以参加 2 0 0 0年悉尼奥运会平衡木决赛的 8名运动员为主要对象 ,通过对当前平衡木比赛分上法、木中和下法三部分的动作稳定性作了研究。结果显示 :上法以木端助跑团身或屈体前空翻为主 ,木中以手翻连接向后高空翻和团身前空翻 (接各种跳步 )为潮流 ,下法多以踺子团身后空翻二周或霍尔金娜空翻下为结束。除技术因素外 ,还应提高运动员的意志力和自信心 ,确保下法的稳定性 ,是获胜的关键因素

【Abstract】 The objects of this study were 8 gymnasts who entered the final balance beam competition at the Sydney Olympic Games in 2000. The stability of the three parts of movement--the mount, elements on beam and dismount in the competition was studied. It was shown that for the mounts the salto forward tucked or piked to stand--approach at end of beam was the main. For the elements on beam there tended to be the flic flac--salto backward and salto forward tucked (followed by gymnastic leaps, jumps and hops). And for the dismounts the round off--double salto backward tucked or Chorkina dismount was chosen mostly. Besides the technical factors, the key factors to win during competition were the improvement of the gymnasts’ willpower and confidence to assure the stability of the dismount.
