【摘要】 刮痧疗法是在中医经络学说指导下 ,使用水牛角刮痧板和活血剂 ,在人体的一定部位 ,实施循经走穴刮拭 ,从而达到内病外治的一种中医疗法。运用临床实验法对体育运动参加者发生的急性腰扭伤进行刮痧实验研究。在实验中 ,大多数病例通过刮痧治疗 ,都取得了满意效果。通过疗效的观察与分析 ,能快速有效地解除急性腰扭伤患者的伤痛 ,为早日参加运动训练提供可靠的医疗保证更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the meridian collateral theory of the Chinese traditional medicine, Guasha treatment is a sort of Chinese traditional therapy for curing internal disease by external treatment. When trying the Guasha treatment a small Guasha board of buffalo and the chemical preparation for activating blood is used to shave in certain parts of the body following the meridians and points. The clinical experiment was carried out to study the effects of Guasha treatment on curing the acute waist wrenches in participants of physical activities. In this experiment, most of the cases got satisfied effects. Through the observation and analysis of the curative effects, it was found that the injury and pain of the patients were quickly and effectively relieved after the Guasha treatment, which has given the patients a reliable and effective medical assurance to participate in physical training at the early date.更多还原
