【摘要】 北京水资源严重紧缺，南水北调是北京可持续发展的支撑工程。其中东线、中线、西线三个调水方案中，北京用水是靠中线工程解决的。对南水北调中线工程的规模、调水量及其分配、主要工程量与投资、中线工程北京段规划设计概况等进行了分析论证。认为该工程应尽早开工建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 South-to-North Water Diversion Project is the significant project in Beijing’s sustainable development since Beijing has seriously shortage of water. Among the three routes of water diversion project-the eastern, middle, western route, the water supplying to Beijing depends mainly on the middle route. The paper analyzes the scale, diversion water quantity, water distribution, project quantity, investment of the project as well as the planning and programming of the middle route in Beijing section. The author stresses that the middle route of the project should be constructed as soon as possible.更多还原
