活性炭对鱼蛋白水解液脱色效果的探究

【摘要】 以粉末状活性炭作为脱色剂,对鱼蛋白水解液在不同条件下(活性炭用量、pH、温度和时间)进行脱色比较。结果表明:2％的活性炭用量,PH3.0,温度20℃,时间1h,鱼蛋白水解液脱色效果明显,氨基酸的损失率仅为3.5％～5.0％。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the scobiculate Carbraffin as decolorizer,the fish protein hydrolysate is decolored in sorts of conditions (the used quantity of Carbraffin,pH, temperature and time).Through being compared, the results indicate that when the used quantity of Carbraffin is 2% ,pH = 3.0, t℃= 20℃,t = 1h, the decolored effect on the fish protein hydrolysate is clear and the loss rate of acide amino is only 3.5 %-5.0% .更多还原
