【摘要】 为了获得关于起搏器心电的更多资料 ,我们采集了临床数据并请专家加以注释。针对这个专家数据库 ,我们设计了起搏器体表心电图文件管理系统 ,以便医生能够从专家注释中得到一些心电识别的经验。该系统包括上面提到的起搏心电数据库以及管理软件。管理软件具有将数据库中的心电数据和专家注释进行显示和打印的功能 ,并且可以将波形进行D A转换输出。考虑到高级用户的需要 ,管理软件提供添加、修改心拍注释的功能。本系统对医生进行起搏器体表心电识别的培训学习和临床参考都有相当的价值。本文介绍了该系统的设计和使用方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to get more data about pacemaker ECG, clinical data were collected and notes were made by specialists. Based on this expert pacemaker ECG file database, a specially designed file management system is developed to help doctor benifit from experience through using the notes given by specialists. This management system includes the expert pacemaker ECG file database mentioned above and management software. The managemant software has the function of displaying and printing clinical pacemaker ECG data with specialists’ notes; it can also transform ECG data into analog signals to output. Moreover, it can add on notes or amend the existing notes. This system is valuable for the doctor to learn to understand correct pacemaker ECG types, and it is also useful for clinic reference.
