【摘要】 本文从宏观和微观两个不同角度研究了微循环特征 ,在静态和动态情况下将指端容积脉搏血流的实验结果与甲襞微循环的观察结果作了比较。结果表明容积脉搏血流的特征值K’与甲襞微循环的田氏积分值有很好的相关性 ,为临床上判断人体微循环状况提供了一种简单而有效的检测方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The characteristics of microcirculation in macroscopic and microcosmic aspects are introduced in this paper:the experiment results for blood flow of finger volume pulse were compared with observed results of naifold microcirculation at different work load.The results showed that there were close relation between characteristics parameter k’ for blood flow of volume pulse and Tianniu integral value of nailfold microcirculation.The study provides the physician with a new valuable method to assess microcirculation function.更多还原
