【Abstract】 From system point of view, FRMII(Forest Resource Management Information Infrastructure ) is set and described in the paper for improving forest resource management to adapt to rapidly development of IT and coming of network economics. Strategy and principle for establishing basic forest resource information system are given. A GIS based and network information system of basic forest resource management for Wudaohe Fovest Farm has been designed and implemented .
