【Abstract】 More and more people have realized the importance and the ecological benefit of forest.But few people like to pay for it:it is free for everyone to enjoy the ecological benefit now.The development of domestic and foreign economic compensation researches of non\|commercial forests was studied in this paper and the following aspects is illustrated: ① the principles of establishing non\|commercial forest compensation system; ② main body and object of economic compensation of non\|commercial forest; ③ the criterion of compensation; ④the essence of non\|commercial forest compensation. The case——the compensation of water conservation forests in the upper stream of Miyun reservoir in Beijing was analyzed.更多还原
