【摘要】 目的 :探讨错畸形的颅底结构特征与颌面部形态之间关系。方法 :将 6 4名 12— 14岁患者平均分成两组 ,安氏Ⅱ类及安氏Ⅲ类 ,拍摄矫治前头颅正侧位片 ,描画在硫酸纸上 ,输入计算机进行测量、统计。结果 :颅底角安氏Ⅱ类明显大于安氏Ⅲ类 ;颅底角与关节角、下颌角负相关 ,与SN -PP正相关 ;前颅底长与面长正相关 ,后颅底长与下颌体长、面长、上面长、腭宽度正相关 ,与下面长负相关。结论 :颅底结构与颌面部形态关系密切 ;颅底角越大 ,越倾向于Ⅱ类面型 ,颅底角越小 ,越倾向于Ⅲ类面型 ;后颅底较前颅底对颌面部形态影响更大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the relationship between cranial base structure and maxillofacial morphology of malocclusion.Methods:Sixty-four patients aged from 12 to 14,were divided into 2 groups,namely Angle Class Ⅱ and Ⅲ.All the cephalographs were traced,then digitized and statisticed using a computer.Results:The cranial base angle of class Ⅱ was significantly larger than that of class Ⅲ,and was negatively correlated with articulare angle,gonion angle,and positively correlated with SN-palatal angle.Anterior cranial base length was positively correlated with facial length.Posterior cranial base length was postitvely correlated with mandibular body length,facial length,upper facial length,palatal breadth,and negatively correlated with lower facial length.Conclusion:The structure of cranial base is in close relation with the maxilloficial morphology.The larger the cranial base angle,the closer class Ⅱ face pattern is.Conversely the smaller the cranial base angle,the closer class Ⅲ face pattern is.Posterior cranial base has more effects on maxillofacial morphology than anterior cranial base.更多还原
