氟钼酸铵溶液提高根部牙本质抗酸性机理探讨
INVESTIGATION OF THE MECHANISM OF AMMONIUM OXOFLUOROMBYBDATE [(NH4)2MoO2F4] SOLUTION IN IMPROVING THE ABILITY OF ROOT DENTINE TO RESISTANT ACID.
【摘要】 目的 :探讨氟钼酸铵溶液提高根部牙本质抗酸性的机理。方法 :用X光衍射、等离子发射光谱、气量法对 10 %氟钼酸铵溶液、2 86 %氟钼酸铵溶液、2 %氟化钠溶液、7 2 6 %钼酸铵溶液及去离子水处理过的根部等量牙本质粉进行产物分析 ;并用氟电极测定产物中氟的含量 ;钙电极测定用乳酸溶解出的产物中钙的含量。结果 :氟钼酸铵溶液处理过的牙本质粉中有氟化钙、钼酸钙生成 ,其中碳酸磷灰石的含量有所减少 ,牙本质抗酸溶解性得到提高。结论 :氟钼酸铵溶液可能通过促进根表面对氟吸收生成难溶性的盐类 ;降低易溶解的碳酸磷灰石的含量等作用提高根表面的抗酸溶解性
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the mechanism of [(NH4) 2MoO 2F 4] solution in improving the ability of root dentine to resistant acid.Methods:Equivalent amount of dentine powder were treated by 10%(NH4) 2MoO 2F 4 solution,2 86%(NH4) 2MoO 2F 4 solution,2%NaF solution,7 26%(NH 4)Mo 7O 24 solution and demonized water respectively,the productions of the tests were analyzed by X ray diffraction,plasmas mission spectrum,gas volume method and Fluoride Electrode respectively.The concentrations of calcium ion in the production dissolved by lactic acid were determined by Calcium Electrode.Results:Ten percent of (NH4) 2MoO 2F 4could improve the dentine to absorb more fluoride and at the same time Mo 6+ also could incorporate into dentine.The concentration of carbonate in dentine was decreased.The ability of resistant acid of root dentine was significantly improved by Ten percent of (NH 4) 2MoO 2F 4 solution treated.Conclusion:Ten percent of (NH 4) 2MoO 2F 4 solution can effectively improve ability of root dentine to resistant acid.The mechanism may be through improving fluoride absorb and producing indissoluble substances as well as decreasing concentration of dissoluble HAP CO3.
