高炉喷煤过程煤粉分解热确定的新方法
A New Method to Determing the Decomposition Heat of Coal during PCI for BF
【摘要】 对煤粉分解热的准确性引起的计算理论燃烧温度的误差进行了讨论.针对现有的煤 粉分解热数据陈旧,提出一种基于盖斯定律的简单而有效地确定煤粉分解热的新方法.根据现 有的热力学数据、煤粉的成分以及煤粉发热值的理论计算公式或氧弹量热实验测定的数据,用 新方法可确定出新的煤粉分解热数据.
【Abstract】 The decomposition heat of coal during PCI for BF is a very important parameter for the calculation of raceway flame temperature. The error of RAFT during the calculation caused by that of decomposition heat of coal has been discussed. A new way to determine decomposition heat of coal has been Put forward. By applying Hess’s law, the decomposition heat of coal can be easily obtained by means of thermodynamic data available and simple experiment for the measurement of quantity of heat.
