喷射沉积Al-Si-Fe-Mn-Cu-Mg合金的析出强化行为
Precipitation Behavior of the Spray-deposited Al-Si-Fe-Mn-Cu-Mg Alloy
【摘要】 利用热分析(DSC)、显微硬度测定和透射电子显微分析等手段研究了喷射沉积 Al-20Si-5Fe-3Mn-3Cu-1Mg合金的时效过程.结果表明,两种沉淀强化相 S-Al2CuMg和 σ- Al5Cu6Mg2从合金基体中析出,它们有效地提高了合金的室温强度和高温(300℃)强度.
【Abstract】 The aging process of the spray-deposited Al-20Si-5Fe-3Mn-3Cu-1Mg alloy was investigated by DSC analysis, microhardness measurement, TEM and HREM observations. The results show that two kinds of precipitates, S-Al2CuMg and σ-Al5Cu5Mg2 precipitate from matrix and improve the tensile strength of the alloy efficiently at both the ambient and elevated temperatures (300℃).
