超重力法合成纳米碳酸钙的研究(Ⅰ)最佳反应时间的确定
Synthesis of nanometer powder of CaCO3 by high gravity technique (Ⅰ) Determination of the best reaction time
【摘要】 采用红外光谱法动态跟踪研究在超重力法下合成纳米碳酸钙的整个碳化过程。实验表明 ,该方法得到的结果符合常规 pH计与电导仪记录的转化点 ,并与电镜形貌分析观察到晶形完全转化为立方型的反应时间相吻合。
【Abstract】 The carbonation for synthesis of nanometer calcium carbonate under high gravity was traced and measured by infrared method. The results obtained by this method accorded with that by using pH meter and conductometer. The final reaction time was also identical with the time at which the crystals of CaCO\-3 transformed into cubic lattices observed by TEM morphology analysis.
