酵母生产麦角固醇流加培养过程的优化
The study on optimal control of yeast fed-batch fermentation for ergosterol production
【摘要】 对酿酒酵母生产麦角固醇的流加培养过程进行了研究 ,提出了以比生长速率为控制参数的流加方案 ,并以生物量、麦角固醇比生产速率、麦角固醇含量等因素为依据确定了该发酵体系的最优培养参数。在最优方案下 ,生物量可达 42g/L ,麦角固醇含量达 3 2 6 g(每 10 0 g干菌体中 )
【Abstract】 In this paper,fed batch culture of ergosterol from Saccharomyces cerevisiae was studied. The optimal strategy by controlling the specific growth rate was suggested. On the basis of biomass, ergosterol content and the specific production rate of ergosterol,the optimal culture paramrters of ergosterol fermentation by fed batch were obtained. In the best plan,biomass reaches to 42 g/L and ergosterol content reachs to 3 26 g in 100 g dry cell.
