【Abstract】 According to the susceptivity to trypsin,the time and requirement needed for anchorage in the epidermal cells are different from that in the fibroblasts. The method of combination trypsin digestion with repeated anchoring was used effectively to culture and purify epidermal cells in the mixture of epidermal cells and fibroblasts.It is proved that this method is more economical,simplified and more practical than others.更多还原
